Meet Dr. Chlebeck
Jesse was born and raised in the suburbs outside of Saint Paul Minnesota where he developed a passion for ski racing. After becoming a ski patrol, he was exposed to orthopedic medicine. That’s where he developed a newfound passion for helping people enjoy the active lifestyle that he still cherishes.
Since 2018, Dr. Chlebeck has been serving the Treasure Valley as a board-certified orthopedic surgeon. While he excelled in his position as medical director of orthopedics at Saltzer Health, the Idaho locations were shut down. Luckily, he brought his team with him from Saltzer, offering decades of experience and trusted teamwork that improves patient experiences.
Dr. Chlebeck offers an upbeat and down-to-earth approach that makes him easy to talk to about your orthopedic concerns. He enjoys building relationships with patients and strongly believes this is essential for his proven track record of successful outcomes.

Nicole Funk, PA-C
Nicole has worked as a Physician Assistant in Orthopedics since 2020 after earning her bachelor’s degree from Boise State University and a Master’s degree in PA studies at the University of California. There, she developed an interest in Orthopedics and dedicated her life to providing top-tier care that ensures patients return to the activities they love.

Sandra has worked with Dr. Chlebeck since 2018, offering years of experience with various aspects of Joint Replacement, Sports Medicine, General Medicine, and medical missions in El Salvador and Honduras. Sandra strives to provide her patients with the highest quality care and wants them to have the best experience possible.

Kathy is an Idaho-born and raised healthcare administrator, offering over 36 years of working in Family Practice, OBGYN, and Orthopedics. She has a love and compassion for healthcare to give the utmost quality of care that helps patients restore their lifestyles.
